Refund Policy

Our products are frozen and perishable, and therefore cannot be returned once delivered.
This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly from the standard 14-day return policy.

However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect items, or a quality concern upon arrival), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will either replace the product or issue a refund where appropriate.
