We are Juliana and Nicolas, two Colombians who found a new home in the UK and brought a piece of our roots with us.

 

For us, food is connection to family, to memory, to culture. And few things capture that warmth better than Pan de Yuca (Cheese Bread).

 

Our recipe is authentically Colombian, made with 100% British cheese and thoughtfully sourced local ingredients. We believe in collaboration, not only between cultures, but also between people. Working closely with UK suppliers allows us to support local producers while preserving the flavors and traditions that shaped us.
